Belleville and Trenton tenants – check your invoice email for your link to the PayProp system to fill out a maintenance ticket. ALL maintenance requests must go through your PayProp account to be approved and maintenance to be dispatched.

If you are reporting an incident at your current residence please include the date and time. Phone calls are for EMERGENCIES ONLY. Regular hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The emergency lines does NOT accept text messages.
