1) Fill out all of the questionnaire part of the application, verification of income and three references will be required to complete the application.
2) Book a time to see the apartment.
3) After viewing the apartment a credit  and background check will be completed to move forward.

If already have a recent credit report (within 3 months) and a letter of employment or something similar, confirming your employment, the number of hours, and length of time employed this will help to speed up your application to be considered for one of our rentals.  All of our Landlords want to see a history of good credit.
